• Arnica montana : anti-inflammatory, pain reliever, anti-ecchymotic and anti-rheumatic
• Peppermint essential oil : refreshing, soothing, analgesic and antiseptic

It gives relief to tired and sore muscles and joints, it contributes, along with a massage, to promoting recovery after traumatic events.

Soothing and refreshing in case of insect bites and in the presence of haematoma and oedema.

It is indicated when practising sports, after sports activities it helps relax muscles, improving recovery times.
